On almost any car - a water leak on the passenger side floor indicates a bad heater core.
Actually this is a common problem. This occurs when the A/C drain gets clogged. To resolve the leak jack up the front end and support with axle stands be sure to chock a rear wheel. Once the car is properly supported get under the car and locate the black tube coming out of the firewall near the centre. Using a coat hanger push into the tube until there is resistance then wiggle gently back and forth until water begins to drip. That's it your problem is fixed. P.S if left unfixed for to long your blower motor which is located on the inside passenger footwell will seize as this is where the water will flow if the drain gets blocked.
If it's the front passenger side ,I would say your heater core is leaking .
Does it leak on the passenger front flooor?
If it has a 305/350 it will be on the front passenger side of the engine.

If drainage is plugged under the grille adjacent to windshieldwipers, the water will drain into the floor of the front passenger seating area. Remove the grille and clear the plug. To avoid recurrence of this problem, clear leaves and other materials laying on the grille. Mike
