First. I believe you are referring to the vagina, which is actually the internal tubular shaped area leading to the cervix. The vagina is protected behind the external Vulva which consists of but not limited to the labia. I suppose the sperm had 'landed' on some part of the Vulva and that you are asking which you have not mentioned, will you get pregnant by this. The answer is. Not likely. But there is a remote chance.

How do I make if I haven't had a baby?

Well the correct term to make a baby is called sex. there are 2 kinds: Sex and Safe Sex. Safe Sex is when men use a condom, the condom is used for protecting their sperm which makes the baby, this prevents the sperm from coming out. So if you want to make a baby you don't use a condom. Sex is when a men puts his groin in the women's vagina and the sperm is released. Sperm goes to the uterus and fertilizes the women's egg and that creates the baby. You won't have your period for the next 9 months.

What is the difference between a willie and a vagina?

A "willie" is a slang term for a penis. The difference(s) between a penis and a vagina: the penis is a male sex organ used for both urinating and copulation. ("ejaculate" flows into the vagina of a woman to fertilize eggs, the ejaculation that is produced has thousands of sperm, which will thereby impregnate the female if her eggs are successfully reached by the sperm) The male's penis is used, as previously stated, for both purposes of urinating and reproductive actions. The female, however, has her vagina in one place in her groin area, and her urethra above the vagina. The reason for this is that the environment for fertilizing the eggs she has needs to be non-acidic, and urine is acidic. Thus, her urethra cannot be in the same place as her vagina. A man's penis has to be on the outer part of his body, since sperm has to be kept at a certain temperature on it's way into the woman's vagina. If his penis were inside of him, the sperm would flow out of his body and 1. might not reach the vagina properly, and 2. the sperm could die outside the body at a lower than optimal temperature for fertilizing the woman's eggs Hope this answered some of the differences!
