I have a web application that I am trying to make run offline like OlO and XIBALBA When it is added to the home screen.
I have tried adding a cache.manifest file with all files linked up, but when I load the page it says that it cannot connect without an internet connection, but in the background it loads anyway.
I have also tried looking for any similar code in the two sites that I might be able to use, and have had no luck.
What should I do?

18.5v should be fine for a 15-16v application. remember circuits will only draw the amount of current they need, no more. you could also try adding a current limiting resistor in series with the load. use a VOM for this testing (as the load).
