Sounds like you're in the midst of puberty. As your hormones sort themselves out you'll get pimples, discharge, tender breasts (as they grow), and your period. If you're concerned about your development you can talk to your doctor (they know all about it) or pediatrician. Puberty isn't fun, but at least it happens to everyone.
