No, they weren't, the centre of the Inca empire was Peru and stretched down the western coast through the following modern countries: from the lower part of Columbia through Equador, Peru, Chile and adjioning parts of Bolivia and Argentina.

No, it isn't, Brazil is a different country alltogether to Peru.
But both are in South America, and Peru has a border to Brazil.

They were there too, though their reign barely passed the borders of what is now Brazil. Escape from Spanish rule cause many Incas to flee into the lands further east to be absorbed by other smaller tribes or risk annihilation.
