Parkour originated from a group of teenagers that lived in France that wanted to get there bodies into shape and get good focus ad what not. I know this cause im a freerunner also the teenagers group was calles the comakozi you can YouTube it.
i heard david belle invented it.
WRONG! The Group was called Yamakasi, and it was started by David belle and Sebastien Foucan, it was transferred to a sport by Sebastien Foucan, and became more popular as he pushed for it's discovery, it was started as French Military training by Georges Hebert, who studied African tribes and how they moved fluidly around their surroundings. He called it the Natural Method, a way to perfect movement, and didnt become a "sport" untile Sebastien Foucan and David Belle created Yamakasi.

Parkour can be start by run.
there are no age limits in parkour
Parkour is extremely cardiovascularly taxing exercise/hobby. It's very important to start with a running/plyometric (focusing on lower and upper body strength) conditioning circuits.
I did parkour yesterday. I am doing parkour today. I will be doing parkour later on today.
It officially started in 2007 but was practised and performed long before this
The definition of parkour is individualistic, practitioners of parkour define parkour in their own way. However, all people can agree parkour is the freedom of movement.
David Belle is the founder of parkour, but no one 'made' parkour.
I would not rely on just watching parkour videos to learn parkour from. You have to be in tip-top shape to do parkour. You do not want to break anything.
you have to be over 100 years old and over < this is correct, I am 114 and I am a parkour master
