Unfortunately you cannot buy them off of any one site or any list of sites. The SOAP Shoes have been discontinued since 2006, therefore making it near impossible to find a site with SOAPs on them in sizes 7-12 nowadays. Frequently check eBay though, as they are sometimes put up there for sale. I got a pair of Broadsides (rare shoe model) from there. Your best bet is to just use Google and keep trying until you find somewhere to go. Best of luck.
Actually, you can get it here:

Soap shoes can be used to grind on rails, pipes and ledges much like you would with a skateboard. People who grind on ledges and rails using soap shoes have come to be known as soapers.

soap and water. when they are dry oil them
if you get an old toothbrush and put dish soap on it it will get the scuffs and dirt off of dance shoes, wipe off the soap with baby wipes or paper towels. if they are satin ballet shoes i would get them professionally cleaned at the dry cleaners because you can perminatly stain them with soap or water! Not good! hope this helped!

To clean the inside of Latin dance shoes, you will need these supplies: 2 clean damp cloths Mild liquid soap Tissue Paper (as used in wrapping packages) Place a drop of mild liquid soap onto a damp cloth and rub it into the cloth. Gently wipe all the surfaces inside the shoes with the cloth. Using the second clean damp cloth without soap, thoroughly wipe the inside surfaces of the shoes again. Gently wad the tissue paper into small bundles to stuff into the shoes, just enough to help retain the shape of the shoes, and to absorb excess moisture. After the shoes are dry, you can insert scented fabric softener sheets inside the shoes, if desired.
The best way to clean girls shoes from the late 1800's is to use soap and water only.
candles, adobes, tiles, shoes, woolen garments, soap, and clothes.
food , water , cloths , soap , comfortable shoes , and etc.
Honestly you can't. I have a small mark on my point shoes from when I was sewing my riboons on. The only suggestion I have is soap and water. That should make the color fade a little bit
use warm water and a toothbrush and scrub tar with disinfecting dish soap <3
