But seriously, you won't. Because what you're looking for isn't a fuse - it's a relay. I have a 97, and I believe it should be the same for your 96..
Open the glove compartment. Take stuff out of there if you have to (you know half of what's in there is junk long overdue to be thrown out, anyhow). But you'll need to be able to access the back of the glove compartment. At the back, you'll see a panel which says "RELAY ACCESS". Take that off. The horn relay should be the second one from the left.
