The 1975 Chevrolet Camaro heater blower motor can be found behind the passenger side dashboard. You will need to remove the passenger side kick plate in order to access the heater blower motor.
the proper way is to remove the pass side inner fender well. then replace the motor. through the years many have just opted to cut a hole in the inner fender to access the blower motor. then cover the hole with a slightly larger piece of sheet metal and screw it inside the inner fender well to cover the hole.
You can install a blower but you will have one problem. You insert the word, "Cheap". there are no cheap blower kits for your car. Cheap would mean around $1,500 but this kit is around $4,000 and I know of no cheap kit for your Camaro. Want a blower it will cost you. Click the link.
