1892 Liberty silver dollar mint mark in on the reverse just above and between the D and O in Dollar at the bottom of the coin. Mine is marked with an S.
If it has one, it is on the reverse just above DO in DOLLAR.

No mint mark means it was minted in Philadelphia.
The mint mark is located on the eagle side of the coin and is between the word " fine " and the eagle.

1882 would make it a Morgan dollar, so the mint mark is on the reverse (tails) side, near the bottom, just above the letters "do" in the word "dollar."
If there's no mint mark, then it was minted in Philadelphia.
