Front - under the frame each side rear - both sides of the rear axle
On most years of the 1500 dodge ram, the jack is placed under the rear axle near the wheel. Make sure to not pinch any wiring or brake lines with the jack.
Jack's Place was created in 1992.

My scissor jack collapsed under the weight and many hydraulic jacks can't get enough height so I place some blocks under the jack before pumping it. My estimate is get a jack that can carry at least 3500 lbs and has a higher range of motion. The scissor jack works the height but need a heavy duty one.
The duration of Jack's Place is 3600.0 seconds.

You can just get a standard floor jack, like the $30 Autozone ones.
Underneath the pasenger seat. Unclip the cover, remove cover, and unscrew the wingbolt holding the jack.

This is a joke right? Same as any vehicle. You loosen the lugs, place your jack under the frame and jack it up, then take the lugs off and pull the tire and rim off and put the new ones on, and hand tighten the lugs and lower the jack so you can tighten the lugs the rest of the way.
