Actually, it has been Disproved that clicking joints has anything to do with arthritis, as the noise itself is not actually the bone, only a Rush of fluid through the gap.

Juvenile Arthritis (below 25) is increasingly common and can be more obvious or come on quicker if you play sports or take part high impact training such as running.

extremities aching can be due to several factors including basic things such as over use, a pulled muscle or bruising, maybe even food Allergies. It can, however, be a sign of something more serious if accompanied by other symptoms. If you feel generally unwell, it could be malnutrition or lacking in certain minerals/vitamins, or a neurological disorder, but I would recommend visiting your GP for further tests if it continues for more than 2 weeks.

I feel I can answer as I am not only a physical therapist, but I have had Arthritis (Both Osteo and Rheumatoid) Since I was 16.
