The SR5 is the standard package on a Tundra
An SR5 is the V6 Engine package. The TRD is Toyota Racing Development found in most 4cyl 4WD 2.7ltr engines. (I'm 99% positive)
If you have the SR5 or Limited, the ratio for the V8 4x4 (TRD or non TRD) is 3.909. For the Base package it is 3.769.
I have a 2007 4.7 liter sr5 package tundra and have been able to get it up to 130mph.

SR5 stands for Sport Rally 5 speed SR5 stands for Sport, R as in engine family RE (EFI) & 5 as in 5 speed transmission ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Somewhat correct with the above answer though not fully accurate. SR5 generally denotes a specifc Toyota trim level, with a more sporty look, firmer suspension and wide flexibility for options. The SR5 package was first introduced in around 1975 for Toyotas HiLux model and did mean Sport Rally 5-Speed at that time but no longer is designated for those specific options now.

The prerunner means that it is a 2 wheel drive drive system but with the suspension and body of the 4 wheel drive. It has the lifted, tough look of a 4 wheel drive. I'm not sure what the letters in SR5 translate to, but it means a nice trim package, probably power doors and windows, CD player, AC.
