'Pins and needles' are a sensation of uncomfortable tingling or prickling, usually felt in the arms, legs, hands or feet. A common cause is pressure on a specific part of the arm or leg, which causes compression of nerves.

Use a needle or dressmaking pin to get the end out and then pull with tweezers. Sometimes you can push them back out with your thumbnail if they are hard enough but if not then you will need to coax it out with the needle.
take a needle and a pin with the pin tack it down in any thing you can to hold it firm with the needle take the most out side of the knot and wiggle it loose take it very slowly do not rush and keep leasing the tention out of the knot and it will fall apart easily
i popped out the trip lever and used a stiff paper clip to get it over the stop pin.
