L.A gene
The two proteins used during DNA replication are DNA polymerase and DNA helicase. DNA polymerase adds nucleotides to the growing DNA strand, while DNA helicase unwinds the double helix structure of DNA to expose the template strands for replication.
When double stranded DNA is unwound into single stranded DNA, single-strand binding proteins bind to each single stranded DNA strand and prevent the two strands from reattaching to each other, allowing DNA replication to continue.
DNA polymerase is instrumental in DNA elongation as it catalyzes the addition of deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates to the 3 prime end hydroxyl group of the DNA chain. DNA polymerase binds on the origin of replication, and forms a pre-replication complex with other proteins. The replication complex unwinds DNA during replication
Since DNA is highly coiled to pack a huge amount of heredity information into a small space, it has to be unwound before transcription can begin. If it were still coiled, the proteins involved in the process of transcription cannot gain access to the internal regions DNA
one of them is DNA replication
Proteins.
DNA is made during replication. RNA is made during transcription. Proteins are made during translation.

The human DNA codes for proteins through transcription and replication of the genes. Only about 2 percent of the DNA is used for coding.

Because during replication a new copy of the DNA is made form which proteins will eventually be synthesized. Replication copies the mistake, synthesis merely empresses it.

DNA replication occurs during mitosis and meiosis. During this process, the DNA is lined up before being duplicated so that each cell that's created from the process has the DNA needed.
