the term paneer is a traditional Indian word,which used for a type of cheese like cottage cheese but not exactly. it is differ from it because for cottege cheese American use cow's or sheep's milk and then take into the process like maturing curdling and all.
But in India paneer can be made with cow's , Buffalo's or goat's milk in presence of acidic ingredients.
