Saudi Arabia is the only country that has a proper land border with Qatar. However, there is a territorial dispute between the UAE and Saudi Arabia where if the Emirati claim is accepted, the UAE would then have a land border with Qatar. Bahrain is separated from Qatar by a thin strait.
