I sugest a new beginnig
the beginnig of protestant
if the car b pulls in out of no where and with out the signal is car b fault
Car A is at fault b/c Car B has the rightaway.
a phone shops told me the end of July beginnig of august
John Myung, since the beginnig as Mayesty in 1985.
Car A will be to blame unless they can manage to get strong proof that car B was going in reverse along the highway. The cops go by where the damage is on the vehicle so they will blame car A for rearending car B
yes, in a line - if b hits a and and c hits b - it is c's fault. By law c should be a good distance away from b - big enough for that case
No, car b had the right of way. It was driver A's responsibilty to ensure his path was and remains clear while backing out of a parking space ---haha "is this fair?" of course not, 'fair', but car B is just what you call an a$$hole. legally, car B is not at fault (how does car A's attorney prove car B saw you...just cant)
