If world war III does start, Russia or China would have provoked it in some way. China is still a communist country and the United States doesn't like that, Russia are designing and producing nuclear weaponry, Which many other countries don't like.
But then you have Iran and other middle eastern countries who have allot of oil. But the only Danger in those countries at the moment is terrorism so it's highly unlikely that WW III will start around there, even though there is a war already going on.
