No. Even though a gas station does not sell E85 ethanol, it is still technically an ethanol station. All gasolines, no matter what grade, are 10% ethanol and 90% gasoline and are called E10.

pretty much what ever pump at any gas station that doesn't say 10% ethanol.
That will depends on where the fuel is being sold. Around my area ( central Illinois ) every gas station has 10% ethanol.

The only gas station I have noticed with ethanol free gas in the Tyler area is in Kilgore on Stone Rd, but I am sure there has to be one closer to Tyler.
It depends on the station selling it. In my area, one station does not sell it while another sells it with up to 10% ethanol.
