If you know anything about music, you know a little about octaves: One note and another can be the same note at different pitches. How this happens is a doubling of frequency. If you are looking for a light frequency that corresponds to 42.8kHz, you have to double it, then double that, and keep doubling until you reach a number that falls within 430-770THz. So if you use your calculator to double the number, you will eventually reach the number 735,289,401,075,200Hz or around 735.3THz(to reach this number you would have to double 34 times).
