You can't even drive a scooter on a highway. If you are trying to get somewhere, you must take slower back roads because most mopeds can only reach speeds of about 50mph.
yes
Yes you need a class E license to drive any scooter that is 50cc or less, over 50cc's requires a motorcycle endorsement
Mopeds.
Of course you do it still counts as driving
It varies from country to country, here in the USA is the shortest time of only 6 months without a seizure including in your sleep, to be able to drive a vehicle. When it comes to mopeds, if your in a state that allows you to drive one with out a drivers license, then talk to your neurologists about driving one. I hope I help out :)
can you drive a scooter on the motorway, I don't think you can but there is a possibility that you can.
Mopeds do not require a license.
Yes, anything over 50cc and up requires a motorcycle endorsed license in Florida. Mopeds and motorcycles under 50cc require no special endorsement, and auto license is suitable.

No. All scooter or moped operators must have a valid driver's license; for a car if 49cc or less, for a small motorcycle if 50cc to 150cc, and for a large motorcycle if larger than 150cc. All mopeds/scooters must be registered with the state, you must have plates, and you must have insurance.
