NO! The shape of the lenses are slightly different and are designed to fit with a specific frame. This is also why the standard half and flak jacket lenses do not fit the Asian fit models which have slightly modified frames.
Personally I like the Hybrid lenses, but it's all a matter of personal preference. A note on the colors: iridium lenses scratch REALLY easily, so be careful with them.
There are a few accessories that can be purchased for a pair of Oakley Juliet sunglasses. These include various frame kits as well as replacement lenses in different shades and colors.
I just pulled up on the top of the frame then pushed out gently. To reinsert, I put the top of the lenses in the side closest to the nose piece. then I pulled up on the top of the frame and popped the new lenses in place. Wear latex gloves it will make clean up easier.

Typically crop sensor work with all lenses within the system and full frame sensors work with lenses designed for a full frame sensor. Check with the manufacturer. For example with Canon: EF-S are lenses compatible with crop bodies, but NOT with full frame bodies. EF are lenses compatible with both crop and full frame bodies.
