Stage 1 2 or 3 supercharger kit (2 and 3 require premium gas, lower the pulley size and belt length, come with 42.5lb and 60lb fuel injectors respectively, and come with a PCM remap. 3 comes with a 50 shot of nitrous and a PCM remap for the engine for the nitro.
You can invest in coilover springs, a GMPP dual-catback exhaust, a stage 2 or 3 clutch (Depending on the upgrades to the supercharger you get), and don't forget that you can get tires changed, too - Bridgestone G-Force tires are great. Carbon fibre hood and trunk lid to lessen weight, stiffened torque bracket mounts for the engine, sway bar for handling.

I would use what the owners manual recommends. It may be written on the oil cap .
If you have the regular cobalt you need to use 87 octane gas and if it is the ss with the supercharged engine you use high test.
The most convenient place to find information on the Chevy Cobalt SS Supercharged would be an internet site such as caranddriver. If the information is of a specific nature, for example pricing and mileage, then speak to your local Chevy dealer.

The 2006 Cobalt SS Supercharged has a supercharged 2.0 4 cylinder. These have a "supercharged" emblem on the lower passenger side trunk lid and an emblem under the SS badge on both sides of the car. Also the SS Supercharged came with the large wing on the back (its very good at hiding patrol cars that are sneeking up behind, also a pain when trying to back up after dark). Chevy also made a Cobalt SS, which came with a high output 2.4 liter rated at about 170 hp (Supercharged is rated at 205 hp at the crank, but most dynos show 215 to 220 at the wheels). The non-supercharged SS was made in 2 door and 4 door models. The SS Supercharged came in only 2 door.
