The reason not many people know is because once it fell out of his mouth he realized that he had basically just poked the biggest guy in the room and went to sit down somewhere to act like it never happened and probably feel stupid! War on drugs, war on poverty, war on terrorism is war on a action not a group and therefore can never truly be conquered and is a loosing battle from the word go.. In my opinion a different approach is needed. It was Lyndon Johnson in 1963.
