You are a female... what I think you are talking about is called Bartholin's cyst. It's a gland in the female area that gets infected (mostly bacterial), it swells from the inner thigh close to the vagina and perturdes through the inner part of the labia... it can swell to the size of an egg with pus until it ruptures... this best help for this is to take an ibuprofen and a sitzs bath (soak in warm water).
You may want to see a doctor as this becomes very painful and my return if all of the pus is not properly drained from the infected area. It is a glanular infection.
