In order to be a good supervisor, you would need to be extremely patient, both with other users and supervisors, but also with the site. You would need to be good at researching and writing answers, at editing existing answers, and at making good judgement calls about current content and current users, according to the rules of the site. You would also need a little bit of humility, since sometimes what you want and what the site owners decide are different.
