Keyboards have a start button and when pressed it will bring up the start menu. The key on the keyboard my say Start or just have the Windows logo on it.
If you mean an onscreen keyboard you already have one. In Windows simply bring up the Run dialog box and type osk.exe and hit enter. You can also turn it on by clicking Start then All Programs then Accessories then Ease of Access then On-Screen Keyboard. On a Mac simply open System Preferences and click Keyboard then the Keyboard Tab. Check the box next to "Show Keyboard & Character Viewer in menu bar. Now click the keyboard in the menu top right of desktop screen. Now click Show Keyboard and it will appear on your desktop.
Try hitting the "Windows" key on your keyboard. That should bring you to the start menu.

First of all, press ALT Y, to open "Creature Formation." Then press ALT I, to open your inventory. Drag the creature card into the first slot in the Creature Formation. When it appears, exit both windows and cast "Creature Summon" and it will bring your pet out. If you don't know how to use Creature Summon, press ALT S, to bring up Skill Menu. If the keyboard you're talking about is attached to a computer (there are lots of OTHER keyboards), and if you're running any recent version of Windows, then: Start / Run / Calc will bring up a nice little calculator for you. -
