The Arcana Force cards themselves are a good start. For example - Light Barrier allows you to toss a coin at the beginning of your turn (standby phase to be exact), and depending on that coins outcome could really help you.
Also, seeing as this deck revolves heavily around coin-flipping, add cards such as Second Coin Toss and Lucky Change in - the Coin Toss lets you redo an outcome you didn't like, and Lucky Change allows you to draw a card if you correctly call the landing of the coin.
coming out, i wouldn't know, but a very good card i recently got was: arcana force ex - the dark ruler
a macro deck would work quite well. another shooting star deck would also be good. and so does a neos deck, if played right (most people don't so they just ditch it)
Yes there are quite a few resources you can check out. Some good sites to go to first are Gamespot, IGN, or GameGuideDog. I've included a link below for a good Lord of Arcana Walkthrough for PSP.
The best deck for this card would most likely be a beast or an EARTH deck.
I'm not a good designer but I really would like to get a new deck. Is there any particular deck designs that doesn't cost too much?
Direct damage or dragon unless you can get hold of a few goblin cheiftens that a goblin deck would be good
I am not familiar with oval pool deck plans, but would think that they are just as good as a round or rectangle deck plan. Deckplans.com offers a wide variety of deck plans and gives you an estimate of how much it will cost to build the deck.
I ride a Girl Deck and strongly recommened it. but you could also settle with a Plan B deck or a Element Deck i would suggest no getting a element they are not god quality i suggest getting a baker or a creature from personal experience they are very good
Well, that is more of an opinion, but if you are interested in skateboarding I guess it would be good
there is no actual best deck just make your own and wen u think its ok test it out on a character to see how good u do
There's no real definition for a good deck, if a deck works good for you, then it's a good deck. It's as simple as that. There are some staple cards though, those cards are cards that run well in nearly all decks. Some of them are: Mirror Force. Solemn Judgement. Solemn Warning. Dimensional Prison. Dandylion(This one doesn't work in all decks, but it's a very handy card.)
it's good if it was not here we would be floating
