Sadly the preditor in the wild for Greys are humans . In Congo and other parts of Africa people are killing African grey mother and importing the chicks into the pet trade! It is now illgeale for the birds to be shipped to Europe but some people are still getting away with it.There are other preditors too like some of the big cats might occaisionally attack this bird.

So the food chain for the grey would look like this :

These Parrots also produce a powder on there feathers to clean and protect their feathers and also make there feathers waterproof. The grey also has a very sharp beak and claws and puts up a very strong fight even againest us humans. If one of the big cat spieces in the wild go to attack this parrot, it will mimic the roaring or growling and sometimes this may confuse the preditor

African grey parrots are getting more and more popular pets in England because greys are the best bird for immatating noises and the human voice!
