In Texas, age 12, but with limitations. No other state has a similar law. You can express a choice to the judge, who will determine your maturity to express an opinion, and the validity of it, but it still needs to be a part of the evidence as a whole. see links

I believe after the age of twelve, you can say no to where you live if you have a choice between homes
im not positive but i think you at least have to be 14 at the youngest.
You can petition the court through HRS, but that does not mean you will get what you ask for.
If the child is under the age of 18, she should live where the parents say she should live. They can report her as a run away.
You can't actually choose until you are old enough to live alone. You can usually tell the court which parent you want to live with, and if the court agrees they can direct a change.
