you don't need a male to have a fertile egg... the female body needs to be healthy and fertile to make a child which that part does take a male

Depending on the species, male rabbits are often fertile by the time they are 7-8 weeks old. They should be separated from the females at around 6 weeks.
A male can breed all his life and a female can if she till has cycles but I don't suggest it.
Given the usual conditions : intact female, fertile age, in heat, gets to mate with an intact male - sure.
A male canine, regardless of breed is a Dog. In breeding terms, a male is referred to as a stud or if he has fathered pups he is a Sire.
Chlamydia won't cause a man to be fertile.
If you are fertile and female and the gynaecologist is fertile and male then the possibility exists.
