∙ 9y agothey should start at the least 10 or when they come to you to talk about when its getting hairy and their getting teased but i recommend hair removal cream. It really depends on how hairy your legs are. If it's blonde it might not be as noticeable but it get's really hairy and some girls get annoyed.. If it's black or brown and is noticeable I would ask them about it if they are 10 or older.
