A guy should give a girl a promise ring when he really knows he loves her, and for me i think that age is in the high school years or mabye even later, because those are the years you really begin feeling the intense feeling of love. Otherwise just give it to her when you know you love her.

∙ 13y agoWhen you know the girl is the one you could spend the rest of your life with. It would be sweet to give it to her if you were on a walk in the park or somewhere romantic. Dont give it to her in front of people though unless it is with close friends. you should say something sweet to her too. If you say something like : i love all of the time we have had together. you mean the world to me and i know we could make it through everything. we will have hard times but i love you and no matter what i dont want to let go of you.
