How people wear their eyeliner is very personal, everyone has different styles and this is no exception. Personally i like to wear it on my top and bottom waterline for daytime and at night i also add ticks and put it under my eye as well. But there are different ways of wearing eyeliner to create different effects for example if you have small eyes you can give the illusion of bigger eyes by wearing little eye make up and go easy on colors that are too dark as these will keep the eyes looking open.

∙ 9y agoThere is absolutely nothing what-so-ever to say that a girl should start wearing eyeliner. There is also no rule that says a girl can only wear eyeliner at a certain age, she can wear it whenever she likes.

∙ 13y agoDepends what your eyes look like c: If you're top eyelids sorta bulge out more than you're bottom, then put eyeliner on the top lid. If youre top eyelids don't show too much then eyeliner on bottom may be right for you

∙ 13y agowetnwild is quite good i have lots so any really and it helps if you have a sharpener for it (eyeliner one) which can be purchased in a make up store for two pounds actual sharpeners dont work it breaks there led so take my advice PLEASE

∙ 12y agoIt is officially supposed to go on your eyelids, right up against your lashes.
You can't use it as lipliner because it's not food-grade like lipliner is, but you could theoretically put it anywhere else on your face. And if you can make it work for you, cool.
