My parents let me wear eyeliner at 13, but only a little bit. I honestly think you should wear eyeliner when your 15 a least.

answerr: my parents let me wear it when i was 12 but almost 13.. like 2 months till i was 13 so it was my 7th grade yearr when i started wearing eyeliner but if it was up to me i would've started to wear it in 6th grade.. but you should probably listen to your parents... but i would say to start wearing eyeliner in middle school.. in like 7th or 8th gradee. maybe 6th but that's up to your parentss! ∙ 12y agoFirst off, I'm 12 and I don't wear any make-up. but it depends on the girl, and her family. if she grew up in a farm out west, she may not start wearing it the sometime a NY city gal would. that's just my opinion.

Most girls lose a little self esteem when enetering high school, because everything is new and they aren't with all of the same people. It's hard.
