No amendment ended women's suffrage. "Suffrage" seems to have been misunderstood to mean suffering. It is not related to suffering, and comes from a Latin word meaning to vote. "Women's suffrage" means "women's voting."

If you are asking about the United States, the movement for suffrage ended when women officially got the vote, in the summer of 1920. But the suffragists didn't all retire at that point: many founded organizations to educate women about their new rights-- such as the League of Women Voters. Others got into politics and ran for office, or they became involved with political advocacy and promoted policies they believed would make America a better place.
