Animal intestines which are sweat to turn red. The inside is made of pork brain. Ah well; it's the same as eating meat I guess. Me and my friend read up on it once, because we were going out to get one, and when we found out we wanted one even more, even though it's quite disgusting (what it's made of) we still wanted it. It's the same as eating a normal pork sausage really. Hope I helped and havn't put you off. (I probably have LOL).
