Black mambas do not have any natural predators that kill them often. Rarely they may be picked up and killed by eagles or vultures or humans.

Otherwise they do not have any natural enemies.

Due to its size and extremely toxic venom, the Black Mamba has no natural predators. Its venom can kill a grown human adult in less than half an hour. As a result, humans are the only predators/killers of the Mamba. Humans usually kill Mamba's on sight to avoid a potentially lethal bite.
