Different countries have already influenced the Philippines in different ways most commonly by the foods and culture. Few of the most common cuisine that the Spanish have influenced with the Filipinos are Adobo, Tinola and Sinigang.
Pan dulce, also known as Mexican sweet bread, originated in Mexico during the colonial period. The bread was influenced by Spanish and indigenous baking traditions and has become a beloved staple in Mexican cuisine. It is characterized by its sweet and soft dough, various shapes and flavors, and often features colorful sugary toppings.
Many cultures have influenced Britain, for example the British cuisine, this is shown by the range of different cultures of food, for example, Italian, Chinese, Indian, etc. We have also been influenced by the way we dress, also the latest trends. New product have also entered our shelves due to different cultures, therefore, some would say that different cultures have influenced Britain in a positive way.
Mexican food is mainly the foods of its native cultures (beans, corn, tortillas, vanilla, tomato, salsa, avocado, hot peppers, chips, chocolate, etc). After being in contact with the old world, many new things were added into the cuisine, like cheese.

Rice and beans are more commonly associated with Mexican cuisine, where they are a staple in dishes such as burritos, tacos, and enchiladas. While rice and beans can also be found in Italian cuisine, they are not as prevalent as in Mexican cuisine.
Mexican Cuisine is greatly varied and consists mainly of native ingredients of Mexico. Slowly, other country's flavors have made it into the cuisine. The main staples have remained beans, corn and the chili pepper.
Most of the Mexican influence, can found in language and cuisine. For the language, many Mexican immigrants and Mexican-Americans or simply Americans of Mexican descent speak Spanish as a native. Although, not only Mexicans but Cubans and Puerto Ricans also contribute to the Spanish language in the southern and western United States. The food, is also influenced American cuisine. Flour tortillas and nachos are Tex-Mex cuisine. Meaning, you won't find them in Mexico. Real tacos are made with corn tortilla and chicken, but Tex-Mex tacos are made with flour tortillas and beef. Taco Bell, is based off of Tex-Mex cuisine. Not Mexican food. The Now and Later candies, are of Mexican origin. Oh, also the pinata tradition in which a colorful cardboard box (usually in a certain type of design) is hit with a bat/stick and a bunch of candy or money spills out as the children run towards it and play war. That is also SIGNIFICANTLY passed on to non-Mexican families in the United States. Just about every American family does some kind of pinata for birthday parties. So that is also as popular in America as it is in Mexico.
I believe it would be the use of the spices that is influenced by China. Also the various use of noodles in the cuisine.
Of course. From language (zocalo, adobe, guerrilla) to food (tacos, tamales) to even some music styles (salsa, trio music) Mexican culture is present in America, specially on the southwest where states such as California and Texas harbor a large Mexican presence.
