Halloween is an Irish tradition brought over by immigrants to North America. Countries that don't celebrate it include France, Holland, Germany, Australia, Taiwan, and most Asian and African countires. Halloween is slowly being introduced to most developed countries, though its not a huge tradition like it is in Canada and the USA.
