Every country in the world uses the metric system, exceptfor a small elite
and distinguished group comprised of Liberia, Myanmar, and the USA.
The USA also uses the metric system when products are manufactured for export,
the reason being that nobody will buy our goods if we don't. But for domestic
business inside the country, people are strill afraid of the metric system.
Yes. There are about 3 countries that do NOT use the metric system.
Yes, the metric system is the most used system. Only a few countries out of many still use the Imperial system. Even in the USA, where the Imperial system is still in use, the scientific disciplines use the metric system because it is universal.
In many European countries the metric system IS the customary system!
The only three countries who do not use the metric system as their primary system of measurement are the United States, Liberia and Burma (Myanmar). Other countries have adopted the system but do not use it in all cases, for example road distances and speeds are still measured in miles and miles per hour in the United Kingdom.

All countries use the metric system, except Liberia, Myanmar (Burma) and USA.
The three countries that do not use the metric system are Liberia, Myanmar, and the United States. Each of these countries primarily uses the Imperial system for measurement.
The US is one of the few countries that does notuse the metric system, and that's a problem that's still waiting to be solved.

Scientist do use the metric system, they may refer to it sometimes as the SI system. Only three countries in the world haven't fully converted to metric, Liberia, Myanmar(Burma), and U.S.A, and even in these countries most scientist use the SI system.
All countries except for the USA, Liberia, Myanmar, and the UK use metric measurements. However, France came up with the metric system.
