It depends on what you mean by "Egyptian word".

If you are referring to a high-school vocabulary word in English that refers to something in Egypt, the "Valley of the Kings" where numerous Pharaohs in the latter of half of the New Dynasty Period in Egypt were buried should qualify.

If you are refering to words in Egyptian Arabic that start with a "v", you will be sorely disappointed as there is no "v" or equivalent in Egyptian Arabic.

There are no cities in Egypt that begin with the letter V. If you need letter V for Egypt, the historic burial place for the wives of Pharaohs is called the Valley of the Queens.
