How is anyone supposed to know if you don't provide the weight of the metal, the carat weight, or even the type of stone, how old the ring is, etc
$1200-$1400, if it truly meets Excellent rating standards.
14K stamped on a gold ring means that the ring is made of 14 carat gold. If the stamp reads K14, it was just marked improperly.

If it is gold, it should say "14 k" for "14 karat" which is a measure of the purity of the gold, and not "k14". If it says "k14" then that might be a sign that it is not gold at all. Of course, stamping "14k" or "22k" or "pure gold" for that matter on a piece of metal does not make it gold. Passing some inferior metal off as gold is an old old piece of fraudelent trickery.
