my mane answer would be that most cardinals eat worm's, seeds, and bug's , in know this because i have studied birds a lot because i thinck they are fascinating.

Thanks, Ty.
Actually...
Cardinal's short, broad-based, conical shaped beak are specialized for cracking and probing into seeds, but not for extracting worms from subsurface soil.
Coincidentally, such reliance on seed for its diet also happens to greatly influence whether or not an individual of this particular, "winter bird," species will opt to migrate . . . and, in turn, also influences Cardinal (and other "seed" bird) survivability and life expectancy.
In "abundant seed" years, wintering over can be a successful strategy; in scarce-seed years, birds which opt (or are too old or infirm) to migrate, will often meet their "natural" end by starvation; but as long as such a bird has replaced itself with a chick during the previous warm season, then even a winter death will have been a successful strategy. . . including that of not impeding a migration when lack of fitness makes winter stay-over the only possible (or flock permitted) option.
Seeds and small insects Cardinals' diet change seasonally.
Cardinals eat some insects and fruit, but their diet mostly consists of grains, nut and seeds.
Cardinals do not usually eat mice. Their diet usually consists of seeds, fruits, insects, worms and lizards. See the related link for more details.
Seeds, for the most part, and some berries and buds.
It depends which cardinals. Football Cardinals are in Arizona and Baseball Cardinals are in Missouri.
Baby cardinals have no special name, they are still considered to be cardinals. Cardinals can live for about 15 years.

Cardinals during the Renaissance trials would tell the prosecution/defense to call their witnesses to the stands, as well as read out the charges for (Martin Luther). They basically also acted as the jury and they decided whether they thought he was guilty/not guilty.
In 1988, they moved to phoenix. In March 1994, they changed there name from Phoenix cardinals to Arizona cardinals.
The Arizona Cardinals are the oldest NFL Franchise. The Cardinals were founded back in 1898, but back then they were referred to as different names since then :Morgan Athletic Club, the Normals, Racine Cardinals, Chicago Cardinals, St. Louis Cardinals, Phoenix Cardinals, and now the Arizona Cardinals.
The pope appoints the cardinals.
