yes. every car having ABS must have EBD system. basically EBD is a part of ABS system which provide braking operation to it. ABS sensors provide rpm readings of each wheel to ABS control system. after analyzing speeds of each wheel if any wheel is skidding controller gives signal to EBD to provide braking to that particular wheel.
