For tutorials/guides on how to do them, simply put the names (i.e. "All Ears," "I Like Fire.) into YouTube along with the keywords "Halo," "ODST" and "guide", and you should be good.

Yes. Yes you do but the vidmaster achievements i Halo 3 arent the only ones you need to get Halo 3 ODst and there are more you need to do

When HALO 3: ODST comes out, you can either complete all vidmaster achievements or you can HEX EDIT your profile to unlock all achievements. send me a film and I can mod it for you and Give you any armor you want including the flaming BUNGIE chest piece and RECON. [FOR SHOWS ONLY] BUNGIE armor film limit 10 -18 seconds and must be FILM not CLIP.

you must have several achievements from HALO 3 and HALO ODST. Along with certain achievements from HALO REACH. Then you will unlock the two helmets

What will halo odst have in it?
Halo 3 ODST will contain a brand new and exiting campaign, ready to be completed. It will also have all the maps in Halo 3 and all the DLC including the 2nd half of the Mythic Map pack. Halo 3 ODST (like other Halo games) will have secret skulls on the new maps so you can get achievements on Forge and on the Campaign. Also it is NOT Halo ODST it's Halo 3 ODST.unfortunantely it will not have killstreaks like mw2 which i do believe is a much better game since odst is only considered an expansion packand yes mw2 is not better than odst.

No the only way to get recon is from bungie or from getting all the vidmaster achievements from halo 3 and halo 3: ODST.

No, It does not. Halo ODST is the story of a squad in New Mombasa before/during the events of Halo 3
