Westernfield was the store brand used by Montgomery Wards stores. There were dozens of different models- far too many to list here. These were made for Wards by regular firearms companies, such as Marlin, Stevens, Mossberg, Winchester, etc. The same guns were sold by Sears under the JC Higgins brand, by Western Auto under the Revelation brand, etc. You can find the listing at the bottom of the home page of the gunpartscorp website, under "store brand cross reference".
Go to Numrich Gun Parts Corp.It will be helpful if you know the original maker of your shotgun,as all guns that were made under the Western Field name(Montgomery Wards) were made by outside firms for Montgomery Wards. If you list the model number of your western Field shotgun, this can be cross referenced to the original maker and help you get the right model of shotgun to locate parts.
It all depends what model you have. For instance I have a M550AD it is worth about $600. Age also afeects the value. Your best bet is to take it to a gun shop. Mark The Wards Western Field .410 bolt action shotgun's model # is: 15a. It was bought by my Dad in about 1935-1936. Thank you Terry The Wards Western Field .410 bolt action shotgun's model # is: 15a. It was bought by my Dad in about 1935-1936. Thank you Terry
The Western Field 550 series were produced by Mossberg for Montgomery Ward. Basically it's a Mossberg 500 and as far as my research and experience with them goes (I own a 550AB in 12 GA and a 550ED in 410 GA), all parts are interchangeable though I've only ever put a Mossberg barrel on my Western Field.

Can't be answered without a DETAILED description of ALL markings, finish, overall condition, box, papers, accessories, etc..
All my records indicate that FN never made any firearms for Western Field (Montgomery Ward).
I can't find a listing for the Western Field Mod 15k. The Mod 15 is a Mossberg Mod 80, the 15A is a Mossberg 83, and the 150 is a Mossberg 183k but all of these are .410 bore, not 12 ga. Mossberg did make most of the different models sold by Western Field, so by looking through the different diagrams of appropriate Mossberg shotguns you may be able to identify the correct model. With that information, GUNPARTSCORP.com or other parts warehouses may be able to supply the correct firing pin.
Mossberg. It was sold through Montgomery wards. Its a Mossberg 500 with the western field name. All Mossberg parts interchange.
A Western Field 550 ABD is a Mossberg 500 that was made for Montgomery Wards. They are the same gun and all parts/ accessories for the Mossberg 500 will interchange.
Not able to answer without a detailed description of all markings and features.
