The return of S.P.E.C.T.R.E.?It is unlikely that the James Bond franchise will evre feature S.P.E.C.T.R.E. in it again because the head of S.P.E.C.T.R.E., Ernst Stavro Blofeld, was supposedly killed in the 1981 film For Your Eyes Only starring Roger Moore. Blofeld was #1 and their is always a number 2 so that is not a reason for their to be no more spectre. It was a major reason why Bond films went downhill after Connery that they did not use spectre anymore. Spectre was quite a large organization and killing #1 should not be a factor. And the new #1 can always find himself a white cat.
