Answer this question… Primary sources are created by people who actually experienced the event
Primary sources were either created during the time period being studied or were created at a later date by a participant in the events being studied (as in the case of memoirs). They reflect the individual viewpoint of a participant or observer. Primary sources enable the researcher to get as close as possible to what actually happened during an historical event or time period. A secondary source is a work that interprets or analyzes an historical event or phenomenon. It is generally at least one step removed from the event and is often based on primary sources. Examples include scholarly or popular books and articles, reference books and textbooks.

You have to go the the Registry of Motor Vehicles office and You must produce at least four documents to apply for a permit, license, or ID. These documents will be used to confirm your identity, date of birth, Massachusetts residence, and signature. Three identification documents must be from the List of Acceptable Forms of Identification and must be satisfactory to the Registrar. At least one of the three identification documents must be from the list of Primary Documents. The fourth required document is your Social Security Card or your current US or non-US Passport. (Your Social Security Card cannot be used as an Acceptable Identification Document but your current Passport can be used to fulfill either the Passport requirement or be offered as a Primary ID.) The RMV requires you to provide the required identification for each different type of document you apply for even if you already have a Massachusetts ID, Liquor ID, or License. The required documents include: # Your Social Security Card or a current US or non-US Passport # A document proving your date of birth # A document proving you are a resident of Massachusetts # A pre-existing document containing your signature Source: http://www.mass.gov/rmv/new_res/idreq.htm
It depends on how often you create new documents. You should back up at least weekly and perhaps even daily if you are creating numerous documents, etc., on a daily basis.
The biggest difference is that in the US there actually is a Constitution. The UK does not have one (at least not as a single unified document); what it has instead is a collection of laws and principles. The British "constitution" consists of sections of documents such as the Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights of 1689, the Crown and Parliament Recognition Act of 1689, the Act of Settlement of 1701, the Acts of Union of 1707, the Act of Union of 1800, and many, many others.
